Click SETTINGS to aim for the ? tiles, after clicking settings, make sure you check this tab:
Domination has always tried to get the bonus tiles. It seeks them out in order of point value. The question mark tile already has a relatively high point value since it usually gives between 10 and 20 points. However, if using the new "Prefer Question Mark Tiles" then it ramps up it's preference for those particular bonus tiles by a factor of 10. It's current point value is 15, however when the new option is checked it's point value shoots to 150. This causes it to take the bonus tile even when it has a "better" move available (ie a "Draw 3" tile).
